Sports Betting Tools & Calculators

In short, you can take different approaches into sports betting and for both approaches there are suitable calculators and tools. We therefore have split up this section into two parts:

1. Sports Betting Calculators and Sports Betting tools for general sports betting

2. Sports Betting Calculators and Sports Betting Tools for
arbitrage betting/surebetting

1. Calculators and tools for general sports betting

1. Parlay Calculator
A parlay is a single bet that links together two or more individual wagers for a high payout. In order for the parlay bet to win, every one of the wagers must win. So why make a parlay bet if it’s a more difficult bet? Because the payouts are higher. A 2 team parlay might pay 13/5, a three team parlay might pay 6/1, a four team parlay might pay 10/1, and so on with the payouts getting higher with more teams. The Parlay Calculator is a handy tool to calculate the payoff of parlay bets.
You can get the parlay calculator here!

2. Horse Race calculator
Calculates theoretical Trifecta odds based on your own rated odds (true odds) and a comparative set of odds (actual odds on offer) for identifying any overlays. Option for setting minimum and/or maximum Trifecta odds ranges. Calculates the required stake on each Trifecta combination to return a nominal takeout figure (for betting to prices). Select certain runners for standout positions. Option for displaying overlays only.

2. Calculators and tools for arbitrage betting/surebetting

1. Oddsandbets
Oddsandbets is in our opinion the best arbitrage betting software existing. It is unrivaled in the sports betting

industry. This program spots arbs every minute, alerts you and calculates the profit for you. This means you only have to place the bets and just do what the program tells you to do. Be a guaranteed winner every single time without needing to have all the knowledge.

Oddsandbets features:
1. Clearly shows you arbs every minute and updates itself
2. Alerts you everytime a new arbs is found
3. Has an information window
4. Set preferences (only let oddsandbets search for arbs at bookmakers you have accounts at)
5. An in-built arb calculator shows you the amount to bet and calculates the profit.

Oddsandbets costs $69-$349 a month (depending how much bookmakers you want to add)

2. Arbseek
Arbseek is a good alternative if you don’t like Oddsandbets. It takes a very professional approach and is well suited for more experienced/dedicated arbitrage bettors. Arbseek is relatively new on the scene of Arbitrage. It seems to have put together quite a comprehensive piece of sports trading alert software which not only does the usual arbitrage discovery and alert, but also maintains a history and portfolio of your bets, your profits and your progress. This is the only software I know which possesses this feature. It has the ability to filter arbs based on sports, bet type, bookmaker, min-max profit, and min-max time away from event. It also has its own browser interface which allows you to trade the arb from within the software. When you find an arb you want to bet on, you set the calculator up (distributing the profit equally, rounded, or speculating on the winner) as you want, then click on the ‘place bet’ button which launches the browser to the relevant bookmaker sites with all of the information for the arb stored in frames. When the arb has been placed, you press the ‘Complete’ button, and the arb is updated into the portfolio of your account.

The ArbSeek software costs €10 for 3 days, €50 a month, €135 for 3 months or €500 a year. A demo version is also available for free which restricts all displayed arbs to a profit of 0.5% or less.
